When Indian-origin students come to America to pursue the highest levels of education, build startups, pay taxes, and contribute to the economy, a small group of unemployed white youths are being weaponized to attack them. The recent Frisco City Council incident, where Marc Palasciano and others mocked Indian families with racist impersonations and offensive remarks about Indian culture, is not an isolated event. It is the clearest example of paid racism in action.
The Frisco City Council Jibe: A Case Study in Monetized Hate
At a Frisco, Texas city council meeting in February 2026, Marc Palasciano, a self-proclaimed whistleblower and vocal critic of the H-1B visa program, openly mocked Indian immigrants and their cultural celebrations. He used a fake accent. He made offensive remarks about Indian culture. He questioned why there were so many Indian-American donors for Frisco mayor Jeff Cheney unless they were getting something in exchange. He claimed the “Indian takeover” is part of the big puzzle destroying Texas. He wrote “Your donations are next bud” in comments targeting Indian families.
A shocking incident went viral after a local resident mocked Indians with a racist impersonation. The video has sparked widespread criticism online, raising questions about racism, free speech, and community standards in public forums across the United States. An Indian-origin resident, Neha Suratran, spoke out at the meeting and said the Indian community in America has higher education, higher income, and lower crime rate yet they are vilified in the new narrative of “Indian takeover” dominating Frisco council meetings. The video of her speech has been doing the rounds on social media platforms.
But here is the question nobody is asking: Who are these people? What do they do for a living? If you do a background check on most of them, you will find they are unemployed so-called “content creators” with no steady income, no real profession, and no constructive contribution to society. Marc Palasciano has been gathering support on social media against Frisco’s alleged Indian takeover. His posts calling attention to the council meeting helped drive an unusually large turnout focused on visas, belonging, and the city’s rapid transformation. They are not patriots. They are not protectors of American values. They are victims of racism who have been paid to preach racism.

White Youths as Victims of Paid Racism
The tragic reality is that many white American youths are being victimized by the very system they think they are serving. They are being recruited by anti-immigrant organizations that pay them to spread hate on X, Facebook, and other social media platforms. They are told to attack Indians, Mexicans, Jewish communities, and anyone who does not fit their narrow definition of “American.”
Meanwhile, Indian youths are coming to America on H-1B visas, F-1 student visas, and O-1 extraordinary ability visas. They are earning PhDs in engineering, medicine, and economics. They are founding billion-dollar companies. They are filling critical tech jobs that American workers cannot fill. Frisco is the largest hub for H-1B holders in America. They are sending billions in remittances back to India while investing in American communities.
The contrast is stark. Indian youths are building the future. Unemployed white youths are being paid to destroy it.
Drugs and Hate: The Two Plagues Consuming American Youth
Today’s American youth landscape is going bizarre. There are two parallel plagues consuming young white Americans. The first is drugs. Opioids, methamphetamine, and prescription pill abuse have devastated rural and suburban communities across Texas, Ohio, Pennsylvania, and the Rust Belt. Millions of young white Americans are addicted, unemployed, and hopeless.
The second plague is hate paddling. These are the same youths who, instead of seeking recovery or purpose, are being recruited by hate organizations to become paid racists. They are given scripts. They are told which hashtags to use. They are directed to tag specific politicians, temples, and community leaders. They are paid per post, per rally, per video.
The Frisco City Council jibe is the best example. Marc Palasciano and his group were not speaking from genuine concern. They were performing for an audience, performing for pay, performing for organizations that profit from division. Tensions flared at Frisco City Council as right-wing targets attacked the Indian American community. The racial tensions festering on platforms like Reddit and X erupted at the Frisco City Council meeting.
Who Is Benefiting? The Enemies of America and the Enemies of India
Let us be clear about who benefits from this paid racism.
First, the enemies of America benefit. China benefits when America turns on itself. Russia benefits when America divides along racial lines. Extremist groups benefit when America looks weak and divided. Every foreign adversary watching America tear itself apart over H-1B visas and Hindu temples is celebrating.
Second, the enemies of India benefit. Pakistan-based extremist networks benefit when Indian Americans are targeted. Anti-India propaganda machines benefit when Hindu temples are attacked and Indian families are made to feel unsafe. Every time a racist post goes viral about Indians “taking over” America, it is a victory for forces that want India weakened and Indian diaspora intimidated.
Third, the paid racists themselves think they are benefiting. They think the money, the attention, and the online clout are worth it. But they are losing their souls. They are losing their futures. They are becoming addicts to hate instead of addicts to recovery. They are trading their potential for a paycheck that will disappear the moment the next scandal breaks.
The Background Check Nobody Wants to Do
If you do a background check on the people leading the anti-Indian charge on X, Facebook, and at city council meetings, you will find a pattern. Most are unemployed. Some have criminal records. Some are active drug users. Some are financially dependent on their parents. Some are paid by organizations that never disclose their funding sources.
They call themselves “content creators.” They call themselves “patriots.” They call themselves “conservatives.” But they are not creators. They are not patriots. They are not conservatives in the traditional sense of limited government and personal responsibility. They are hate workers. They are paid mercenaries. They are the product of a system that has given up on them and decided to weaponize them instead.
A Richardson activist’s campaign warning of an “Indian takeover” of Frisco and a viral exchange with the city’s first Indian-born council member Burt Thakur set the stage for a packed and contentious Frisco City Council meeting. Palasciano, who speaks at the city council meeting too, is a vocal critic of the H-1B visa program who has used social media to urge residents to push back against immigration-driven demographic change.
Racism Is Anti-American
Racism is not American. Paid racism is not American. Monetized hate is not American. The America that welcomed Indian immigrants, that hired Indian engineers, that celebrated Hindu festivals, that trusted Indian doctors with their lives—that is the real America.
We must expose paid racism for what it is and choose unity over division, hope over hate, and America over its enemies.
