It is time to reflect on democratic values, freedom of speech, an independent judiciary, the civil rights movement, women’s suffrage, the spread of democratic values across the globe, technological achievements, and more.
To celebrate 250 years of U.S. history, we honor key milestones and achievements:
•    Declaration of Independence (1776) established the nation’s core values of freedom and democracy.
•    The Constitution (1787) created a framework for government and the rule of law.
•    The abolition of slavery (1865) marked a significant step towards civil rights and equality.

•    Civil Rights Movement (1960s) fought against racial discrimination and promoted social justice.
•    Technological innovations, such as the moon landing (1969), showcased American ingenuity and exploration.
•    Acknowledge the abolition of slavery and the Civil Rights Movement.
