Global Hindu Heritage Foundation is pleased to extend its appreciation to Dr. Anil Kumar Singhal for returning to TTD as an Executive Officer. We hope that with his experience as EO, he will navigate TTD to new heights in protecting the sanctity of Tirumala Balaji Temple.
On December 23, 2019, four of us visited his office to submit the following concerns, aiming to maintain the sanctity of Tirumala Tirupati Devasthanam. The following are the concerns in a very short form.
1)       Christian Menace in TTD. We mentioned that as many as 15-20 percent of Christians are working at TTD and requested him to investigate and take appropriate action.
2)      Christian employees in the BIRRD hospital are making the lives of Hindu nurses miserable.
3)      Many of the Christian officials do not even enter the office from the front door since they have to see the picture of Lord Balaji. They enter through the back door.
4)      Nearly 80 percent of TTD employees do not observe the traditional dress code, nor do they even apply the Tilak.
5)      Mishap after mishap – Bus tickets are printed with a Jerusalem pilgrimage ad, increasing the price of bus tickets, and Subba Reddy attending Christian functions are a few examples.
6)      Requested not to remove Gollamantapam, which was built many decades ago.
7)      Requested to ensure RTI applies to TTD.
8)      We suggest that 50 percent reservations be made for Dalits on the TTD Board.
9)      Expressed opposition to the proposal that the TUDA chairman be included as an ex officio member of the TTD Board.
10)   Requested to resume the building of Hindu Temples in the villages, as no Temples were built in 2019.
11)   Recommended that TTD start Sunday Schools for Children to teach about Hinduism.
12)   We recommend that all educational institutions funded by TTD should teach 2-3 courses on Hinduism.
13)   Hindu Dharma Prachara Parishad should counter the misinformation carried out by Christians about Hinduism, initiate Bhajan Mandals, provide priests to needy Temples, etc.
14)   Forty-four Christians identified by TTD went to the High Court and got a Stay order from the High Court. We asked that your office expedite the matter in the Court.
15)   The very existence of the Islamic University was revealed by GHHF in October 2013, and requested TTD to take over the 6-storied building built illegally and use it for TTD activities.
