Over the past few days, our team has continued to care for rescued girls who come from multiple states. While a few have now been safely handed back to their families after proper counseling and verification, many more remain in our care, and the majority of the work lies ahead.
At this stage, our primary focus is twofold:
1. Ensuring the girls are physically and mentally stable, safe, and healthy
Many of these girls have come out of deeply distressing situations. Some are facing medical issues, trauma, fear, anxiety, and emotional instability. Their immediate well-being is our top priority.
This means ongoing:
* Medical attention
* Nutritious food
* Safe shelter
* Clothing and bedding
* Emotional support and counseling
Before anything else, we must help each girl regain a sense of safety, dignity, and stability.
2. Finding their families and making safe reunification possible
The rescued girls come from many different places and states and reuniting them with their families is not a simple process. It is a lengthy, delicate, and expensive effort.
Before handing any girl back, our volunteers must:
* Trace and identify family members
* Travel to different locations
* Physically verify addresses and backgrounds
* Confirm that the family situation is safe and genuine
* Ensure the girl will not be sent back into danger or exploitation
Only after proper verification and validation do we reunite a girl with her family. This process takes time, manpower, travel, coordination, and significant financial support.

Because of donors like you, these girls are receiving safety, care, counselling, and a real chance at healing and reunification. But with more girls still in need — and more rescue, recovery, and verification work still pending — continued support is urgently needed.
