Is Christianity a Tolerant Religion? Why Vijayawada Police Officers are Wrong?
Christians are encouraged by the election of Christian Chief Minister Jagan Mohan Reddy. The more surprising thing is the celebrations of Vijayawada Police Officers celebrating with their Police Uniform and remove their dutybound Hats embossed with three Lions and putting Christmas caps. They are wishing happy Christmas by saying, "Christ is the epitome of Shanti and Sahanam. We are asking everybody to follow sahanam." Is He really” These kinds of statements the Christians use to convert illiterate, desperate Hindus into Christianity.
Shanti means Peace, nonviolence. Sahanam means patience, tolerance, forbearance, respect.
Does Christianity preach and practice Tolerance and peace. As we all know that where the Christianity spreads, it is through deception, force, killings, rapes, torture, stoning, insulting other faiths, attacking other religious God images and Places of worship.
Let us see what Thomas Paine who was instrumental in drafting Declaration of Independence for USA said about Bible:

Vijayawada Police Officers are hiding the true colors of the Bible. For instance, the Ten Commandments is that "You shall not recognize the gods of others in My presence. You shall not make yourself a carved image nor any likeness of that which is in the heavens above or on the earth below or in the water beneath the earth. You shall not prostrate yourself to them nor worship them, for I am the Lord, your God." He is mainly jealous, selfish, hateful, envious, intolerant, and abusive GOD. He is anything but tolerant, patient, as the Police office claimed.
Christians tend to demonize Hinduism and do not respect any other religions. Intolerant Christians say that All other religions are incomplete, and their followers go to hell and burn eternally for not accepting Jesus.
Swami Dayananda Saraswathi made tireless efforts to bring some kind of understanding and mutual respect among religions, and he organized Interfaith Dialogues for ten years. He introduced a resolution to the effect that “WE RESPECT ALL RELIGION” which was summarily rejected by Christians and Muslims.
It also affirms that Jesus Christ is the only way to most fully experience God in this life and that Jesus is also the only way to gain access to God in the next life. By default, Christians must admit that other faiths are incomplete, misinformed, or at least lacking in some keyway.
Intolerance means that not only you disagree with other religions but it fails to respect someone else's rights to hold that belief. Intolerance allow the Christians to slander other faith, but also permit them to commit violence against an opposing belief.
But when Christianity became the emperors' religion in 3rd century, Not only did they argue that Christianity was the only right religion and that everyone should follow it, but they also urged that Anyone who didn't follow it should be persecuted—or even prosecuted.

He is opposed to Christians who still believe that Jesus is the only path to salvation. John 14:6 Jesus said to him, “I am the way, and the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father except through me.” If you have to come to him, you have to accept him. Otherwise you are condemned to eternal fire. This is some kind of TOLERANCE.
Vijayawada Police Officers are either lying about Jesus, deceiving people to accept Jesus, concealing the hatred toward Hinduism or they have not read the Bible. Like others they may have been either bribed or forced. If they read the Bible in toto, they would not make such foolish statements saying that Jesus epitomizes peace and tolerance. They should be punished by appropriate authorities for celebrating Christmas with Police Uniform on the Police station grounds.
