Global Hindu Heritage Foundation was advocating the need to declare Tirumala, Tirupati, Tiruchanur (T3) as Punya Kshetra. We wanted start the movement from Tirupati. Hindu Mafia did not allow us to have the meeting resulting in the cancellation of our meeting three time. Finally, we had the meeting Navajeevan Blind Relief Center headed by Dr. Acharya. 
Dr Prakasarao Velagapudi of GHHF, Chetan Gadi of HJJS, K Ravinder Reddy of Hindu JAC and, Venu Uppalancha of GHHF coordinated the meeting at Maruthi Garden in Lakdikapul in Hyderabad. About 25 organizations represented in the meeting. More than 30 representatives spoke on the occasion supporting the notion of T3 as Punya Kshetra.
All the people who experienced the trauma in Tirupati decided that the issue of T3 as Punya Kshetra is not just a Tirupati issue. We need to take it to the Hindu community globally. Thus, it was decided to start with Hyderabad on December 22nd. More than 120 invited guests attended and pledged their support to protect T3.
M Nageswara Rao, a retired IPS officer who attended the meeting observed: Sri Velagapudi Prakash Rao garu of the Global Hindu Heritage Foundation organised a Round Table Conference today, 22 December 2025, in Hyderabad. The focus was to dicuss and advance the proposal to declare Tirumala-Tirupati-Tiruchanur as a Punya Kshetram, and I participated in the event.
Drawing from specific constitutional provisions and taking inspiration from the Cantonment Boards Act, 2006, I presented concrete suggestions to translate this proposal into legal reality. I also offered to prepare a comprehensive Policy Paper along with a draft of the Divya Kshetrams Bill for submission to the Government.
Rama Bhargav Pillalamarri made the observations on the speeches of few speakers: Madhavi Latha (BJP Leader): We need people on ground. I am ready to sit for dharna anytime for this cause irrespective of politics
. Adv. B. Srinvas: We achieved many things legally and we will go legally, for this cause, to any level until PM
. M. Nageswara Rao (Retd IPS): We can get anything done with G.O. We will pressurize the present government for required GO on this auspicious cause. I am retired from profession but not retired from my Sanatana dharma
. HM Tv senior journalist (name does not remember): We will give all the media support, including interviews and coverage for this auspious cause.
. Madan Gupta (influencer): We need to spread awareness through social media. I am always ready for this cause to any extent
. RJ Kiran: we need to get back 1000 sthambala mantapam along with the declaration of punya kshetras
. Other organizations including (Dharmaveer, hanuman sena, Bajrang dal, Rama Dandu, etc) : we are there with our team for any action on ground or on social media at the call of Dr. Prakasarao.
