[GHHF] In Congo, Bala Samskar Kendra was started to teach students about the values of Sanatana Dharma.
Mark Twain said:
“India is the cradle of the human race, the birthplace of human speech, the mother of history, the grandmother of legend, and the great-grandmother of tradition. Our most valuable and most instructive materials in the history of man are treasured up in India only.”
Global Hindu Heritage Foundation has stepped into Congo, Central Africa, which is highly infested with crime, local wars, corruption, regional differences etc. Life for common people here is always at risk. One of the teachers in Congo contacted Srinivas Pinnamaneni and found out about the importance of education to the children and how it can change the future of their lives.
GHHF is trying to bring changes in their lives starting with small steps to begin with.
We started with teachings of Sanatana dharma, morals, ethics. Respecting mother, father and guru. We started showing beauty in balanced and harmonious living. So far, these people has never heard of Dharma, Hindu etc.
What is Bala Samskar?
Our children are our strength. They are our future. They are going to be our Ambassadors to Hindu Dharma in preserving, protecting, and propagating our ancient civilization. For centuries, we as Hindus failed to transmit knowledge to our next generations. With no knowledge about our faith and with no pride in the universality and non-violence of Sanatana Dharma.
Global Hindu Heritage Foundation is planning to start BALA SAMSKAR on Sundays as well as weekdays to impart the richness of Hindu Heritage that enunciated peace, harmony, inclusiveness, self-improvement, and universal welfare. Our Sunday School will discuss contributions to Hinduism mage in the fields of education, mathematics, and astronomy. Arithmetic, quantum mechanics, metallurgy, surgery, medicine, dentistry, infinity, zero. Cosmology, literature, yoga and meditation and other subjects.
Our children will recite Hindu invocation dealing with universal kinship and well-being:
Om sarve bhavantu sukhinah. Sarve santu niraamayaah. Sarve bhadraani pashyantu. Maa kaschid dukhbhaag bhavet.
“May all beings be happy. May all beings be healthy. May all beings experience prosperity. May none in the world suffer.”
Along with teachings we are also providing nutritious food to these children, parents and local leaders are highly appreciating efforts of *Global Hindu Heritage Foundation (GHHF).
