Andhra Pradesh: Take Immediate Action Against Noise Pollution
Deputy Speaker K Raghu Rama Krishna Raju
, a dynamic, fearless, and visionary leader, has once again demonstrated his unwavering commitment to public welfare and the protection of Sanatana Dharma. Known for his bold voice and tireless advocacy for Hindu rights, he has consistently stood as a strong pillar of support for the Hindu community in Andhra Pradesh. His principled leadership continues to inspire thousands as he champions the cause of restoring peace, order, and dignity in residential areas by firmly addressing the rampant misuse of loudspeakers at places of worship.

The Global Hindu Heritage Foundation (GHHF) under the Save Temples mission has been at the forefront of this effort since 2021, advocating for the control and regulation of loudspeakers to protect Hindu temples, communities, and the right to peaceful living.

Loudspeakers can only be used with prior police permission and must strictly remain within the *permissible decibel limits*. Violations disturb daily life, harm health (especially children, elderly, and patients), and contravene the Noise Pollution (Regulation and Control) Rules as well as provisions of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita (BNS).

How to File a Complaint – Step-by-Step

1. Document the Evidence
Note the date, time, location, and name of the place of worship. Record the impact on you. Take photos, videos, or audio recordings (if safe to do so).
2. Lodge Complaint at Local Police Station
Immediately file a written complaint at your *nearest police station*.
3. Escalate if No Action is Taken Within 10 Days
Send a copy of the police complaint (along with your full name and mobile number) to the concerned *Sub-Inspector* and higher authorities.

Details to Include in the Email:

Key Legal Points:

- Loudspeakers at religious places require mandatory permission and must adhere to noise limits.
