"The clergy converted the simple teachings of Jesus into an engine for enslaving mankind and adulterated by artificial constructions into a contrivance to filch wealth and power themselves...these clergy, in fact, constitute the real Anti-Christ." Thomas Jefferson (1743-1826)

Global Hindu Heritage Foundation has organized the Ghar Waapasi program in 8th Ward in Shanti Nagar Colony in Visakhapatnam close to Jesus Prardhana Hall and talked to them about our efforts to welcome back to the Hindu field those who converted to Christianity. Our Associates Kollu Srinivasa Rau and his friends have  been actively involved in visiting a number of villages in West Godavari District and Visakhapatnam.  They distributed a 4-page document containing the rights of Hindus to encounter Christians and how to stop the construction of illegal churches.

They visited about 40 families and went to their houses individually to ensure that Corona Virus would not spread in the community. Individually talked to them visiting their houses. They said that they are welcome to come back to Sanatana Dharma. Many of them asked about their Pastors assertion that they  took oath with Bible on their head, and they may be burning eternally in fire. Our Associates informed them that God is not a killer and would not punish. God’s character is all loving, all compassionate, and  all forgiving. So, they do not have to fear God to  return to Hinduism if the desire to do so.

They talked about the richness of Sanatana Dharma, its tolerance, its nonviolent philosophy, and the concept of Vasudaiva Kutumbam. They compared with Bible which highlights the hatred to other religions and encourages the destruction of Hindu Deities and demolition of Hindu Temples. As we all know that in 2020, more than 400 incidents were recorded to the Hindu Temples. They also mentioned that the Bible is full of contradictions, absurdities, and falsehoods.  Let us look at one of the of contradictions:

Who is First: Man or Woman?

Genesis1:26-27 Man and woman were created at the same time.

VERSUS

Genesis 2:7, 21-22 Man was created first, woman sometime later.

1 Timothy 2:13  For Adam was formed first, and then Eve.

Although many Hindu activists are doing many things, their efforts have not infiltrated into the villages where the conversion is taking place on a large scale. As Hindus concentrate on their intellectual endeavors, Christians are concentrating on conversion. It is time for all the intellectuals and activists to pause for a few minutes and look at the ground realities. Our intellectual endeavors and activists’ protests are not reaching the villages where conversion is rampant. We cannot ignore or turn away from what is happening on the ground.
