Edgar Quinet (1803-1875), French Historian,
‘When human revolutions first began, India stood more expressly than any other country for what may be called a Declaration of the Rights of the Being. That divine Individuality, and its community with infinity, is obviously the foundation and the source of all life and all history.’
Global Hindu Heritage Foundation has been at the forefront of doing Annadanam and engaged in charity work for years. During Pandemic in 2020, GHHF served more than 200,000 melas to the needy in In Andhra Pradesh. During floods in Assam, Andhra Pradesh and Tamil Nadu, GHHF provided meals to the needy by carrying food packets on boats to reach the remote villages. IN USA, we also partnered with other organizations to provide meals to the First Responders in Dallas metropolitan area by visiting, Police Stations, Fire Stations, and many Hospital staff.
In Ambedkar Kona Seema District, Sri Ramalaya Temple was consecrated in Katrenapadu Lanka village. On behalf of Global Hindu Heritage Foundation, Sri Kollu Sreenivasa Raju and his freinds have been working in the community for many months and Ghar Waapasi program is being conducted.  We are also conducting Bala Samskar Kendras teaching the children about the greatness of Hinduism and how it is different from other two major religions.

Thousands of devotees attend and witness the prana Pratishtha. It is very difficult to get water. It is very hot this part of Andhra. Hindus believe that charity, or dana, is important. This is because helping others is helping Brahman, as all living things have an atman, or piece of Brahman, within them. Selfless charitable acts are seen as examples of Karma yoga.

Dana means giving and sewa means selfless service. The concept of charity in Hinduism is about helping others without expecting something in return and because it is the right thing to do.
Global Hindu Heritage Foundation realizing the need to quench the thirst of the people attending the function, it decide to provide water and buttermilk. We prepare a big banner and posted them at a particular location for visibility enabling to take the opportunity to have buttermilk and water.
