[GHHF] Our Priest performed Pranaprathista of Maremma Ammavari Vigraha to activate the Divine Presence in the SC colony in a Village.
Global Hindu Heritage Foundation has been donating Deities, building new Temples, renovating old Temples, and performing Prana Pratishta in villages for many years to ensure the religious needs of Hindus are met. This would allow the villagers to connect with the deity they believe in. Pranaprathista infuses life into the Vigrahas, transforming them into living embodiments.
Today, a new Vigraha installation program for Sri Maramma Ammavari was held in SC Colony, Ayudhakallu village, Shettur mandal, Andhra Pradesh.
The Murti of the goddess Sri Maremma in the temple in the Dalit colony was damaged, and for some years, they worshipped the same cement Vigraha. The villagers approached the Global Hindu Heritage Foundation. We immediately provided a new Vigraham of the goddess to the village
The residents of the colony came together to organize a Prana Pratishtha program for the goddess, with puja and homa. The prana Pratishtha program was organized with a puja and homa.
Puja program
First, Ganapati Puja, Gopuja Moola Mantra Japa, Navagraha Puja, Panchamruta Abhishekam, Ganga Puja, Devanandi Puja, Jaladivasam, etc., were performed. What is Puja? A puja is a ritual worship or ceremony performed by Hindus to honor deities, ancestors, or other revered beings. It’s like setting up a sacred stage where the spiritual world meets the physical one. By performing pujas, practitioners believe they are not just worshipping an image but also inviting blessings and divine energies into their lives.
Homa Karyakram
The Prana Pratishta Homa program was conducted for the Maremma Vigraha, and Ganapati Homa, Maremma Ammavari Homa, Moola Mantra Homa, Vastu Homa, etc. were performed, and Maha Mangala Aarti was given. Performing a homa is a significant Hindu ritual that involves offerings to a sacred fire while reciting mantras.
We performed Pooja, Homa, and Maha Mangala Aarti for Amma for two days and successfully conducted the Purnahuti program.
Afterward, blessings were given to everyone, Theerthams and prasadam were offered, and an Annadan program was organized, making it a success.
Finally, the residents of the SC colony expressed their special thanks to the organization for giving Maremma Ammavaru.
Your donations are appreciated.
