The visit of Sri Shiva Swamy, the Peethadhipathi of the Sri Saiva Kshetram located in Tallayapalem, to the Ramalayam in Ayodhya Nagar (formerly known as ST Colony) in Khajipalem village, Pittalavanipalem Mandal, Bapatla district, marks a significant event. Challenging a prevalent societal misconception that spiritual leaders do not visit areas predominantly inhabited by Scheduled Castes and Scheduled Tribes, Sri Shiva Swamy personally visited the area to bless the devotees.

This auspicious event was organized by Thunuguntla Rajesh, National General Secretary of the GHHF Bharat. Initially, there was no temple in this colony of Khajipalem village, and Christian missionaries were attempting religious conversions among the residents. Observing this situation, Rajesh, who also held responsibilities in a Hindu organization called Shivashakti at that time, undertook several initiatives. He organized numerous meetings to create awareness about religious conversions and showed them relevant films using a projector to enlighten the public.

Recognizing the necessity of establishing a temple, Rajesh encouraged the community by providing initial financial assistance of ₹25,000 through the Shivashakti organization for the construction of a Ramalayam. With the cooperation of Murali, a local Hindu activist, he spoke with the villagers and played a crucial role in the temple's construction. The area, which was previously known as ST Colony, was renamed Ayodhya Nagar after the temple was built.

Local activist Murali frequently organizes various religious programs centered around the temple, actively contributing to the propagation of Hindu Dharma. It was in this context that Sri Shiva Swamy was invited to visit the temple. While it is generally perceived as rare for Peethadhipathis to visit such areas, Sri Shiva Swamy dispelled this notion by agreeing to visit the area himself. He performed puja at the Ramalayam and personally offered Aarthi to all the devotees present. Following the rituals, he enlightened everyone about the glory of Hindu Dharma and various aspects of its richness. Sri Shiva Swamy's visit was an unforgettable experience for the residents of Ayodhya Nagar. It was not merely a temple visit but also a testament to the regard shown by spiritual leaders towards people from all sections of society and the principle that Hindu Dharma embraces everyone equally.
