Dear Sirs:

Subject: Demolish all 113 known illegal structures in Akividu Village and Akividu Mandal as per the law of Bharat.

Global Hindu Heritage Foundation has been sending several letters regarding the illegal structures, the judgments ordering their demolition in Tirupati, and the Supreme Court judgment on the need to demolish illegal structures.

GHHF has not received any response from either of you for whatever reasons you may be aware of. That non-response speaks volumes about your statements that you will protect and preserve Hindu Temples and Hindus from being attacked by Missionaries.

Now, looking at what has happened to the Honorable Sri Raghuram Ramakrishna Raju, the Deputy Speaker, you should have been surprised, or you may not be. Every village in Andhra Pradesh, every Hindus is a target by missionaries, almost ever State official ignores the law and order by supporting the Christians, the Police Department and Mandal officers join hand to threaten the Hindu who are upholding the law and order, threatening and beating Hindus for refusing to obey the illegal pressures from state official, police department and almost all the Politicians for their vote bank politics. This is enough to give you the plight of Hindus in Andhra Pradesh. They are pushed against the wall and put into years of imprisonment by filing the Atrocities Act.

Can you imagine a Deputy Speaker is not even allowed to enter the Lord Rama Temple in Akividu, not allowed to offer garlands to Ram Pariwara. Also, imagine what is happening to Hindus in all the villages in Andhra Pradesh.

All the assembled Hindus were attacked on Rama Navami Day (March 27, 2026) by converted Christians with nails, knives, and stones. Some of the Hindus were hospitalized, and some of them suffered injuries and bruises.

I am sure you are aware of the Supreme Court judgment on April 30, 2025, which emphatically requires all states to demolish all illegal structures. GHHF sent this judgment to both of you. Unfortunately, you both have totally ignored the Supreme Court decree as if it were nothing.

Because of your indifference to the Supreme Court judgment and open statements to support the converted Christians with respect to their caste, they have become emboldened to attack even the Deputy Speaker of Andhra Pradesh.

Our Request

Following the Supreme Court's decision to demolish the illegal structures, GHHF requests that you take the necessary action to do so. The following is the list of illegal Churches, to our knowledge, in Akividu Village.

              Also, the number of illegal structures in a few of the villages in Akividu Mandal. There are about 84 Villages in the Mandal, and we found another 84 Churches in select villages.

Please confirm this information from the Akividu Panchayat and the Akividu Mandal Officer. If you both would like to represent all the people in the State, all the religions in the State, and if you would like to follow the Law and Order of Andhra Pradesh, and if you both respect the Supreme Court of Bharat, please demolish these illegal structures mentioned above immediately.

Time is the essence. Your sincerity and respect for law and order are online. People of Andhra Pradesh are waiting for your bold, courageous, and righteous decision to act in accordance with the law of the land.
