[ GHHF] Another Great Service: Restoration Work Begins at Kollapuramma Temple in SC Colony!

18 Oct 2025 12 Views

As part of protecting Sanatana Dharma and its culture, the Global Hindu Heritage Foundation (GHHF) is striving to restore the glory of dilapidated temples in underprivileged areas.

Location : The ancient Kollapuramma Ammavari Temple in the SC Colony of Dasampalli village, Kalyanadurgam Mandal, Anantapuram District.

GHHF Intervention:
The GHHF Village Committee members brought to our notice the difficulties faced by the colony residents due to the temple's damaged state, including the risk of the Goddess's idol being damaged in the rain, and the lack of even a basic space for devotees to sit.

The Resolve:
Acceding to the request of the devotees and recognizing the importance of the temple, GHHF has taken up the following

Restoration work :
Installing a concrete slab (roof) for the temple.
Constructing a tin shed in the front so that a large number of devotees can sit and comfortably perform bhajans and pujas.

GHHF Assurance:
The repair work is progressing rapidly. We, on behalf of GHHF, assure that all the work will be completed soon, and the temple of the Goddess will regain its former glory. This restoration will ensure that the spiritual center is once again available to the local devotees.
