[GHHF] Pawan Kalyan said, “I will sacrifice my life for Sanatana Dharma.” Now is the time to “come out” and “fight” to identify Illegal Structures and demolish them as per the Supreme Court. Request him to match his words with Action.

The Global Hindu Heritage Foundation was excited when you were elected as an MLA and appointed as Deputy Chief Minister. Every Hindu was thrilled and enthusiastic, thinking that a true Hindu had surfaced in Bharat to protect Sanatana Dharma. His speeches inspired many Hindus who believed they might have seen a true Sanatani.
Many of your speeches still ring in the ears of many Hindus. You have become a talk of the Hindu community across the globe. They even memorized your statements with so much faith. They defended you in all the discussions by saying he is the only one with guts, courage, and bravery who proudly announced that he is an unabashed Hindu.
He even stated, “If my Sanatana dharma is disturbed, I will come out. I will fight, and if necessary, I will sacrifice my life …. "Even if I lose my post as Deputy Chief Minister, I will not hesitate; I will go to any length to protect Dharma."
Now is the Time to Act
It is the right time for you to come out and fight for justice, uphold the law and order, protect the innocent Hindus, punish the Christians who attacked the convoy of Sri Raghu Ram Krishna Raju, and remove all illegal churches.
Pawan Kalyan should not turn a blind eye to the situation in Akividu. If a sitting Deputy Speaker, Honorable Raghu Ramakrishna Raju, was not allowed to visit Sri Rama Mandir in Akividu, and was even unable to offer a garland to the Ram Parivar, just imagine what is happening in the villages to Hindus across Andhra Pradesh. His followers were attacked with knives, nails, rocks, and sticks. Some were hospitalized
The Hindus in villages are insulted, attacked, demeaned, their houses are ransacked, their lands are occupied, their lives are threatened, they are falsely charged with the Atrocities Act, and they experience hell on earth.
Reissue Memo to collect information on Illegal Structures.
GHHF requests Pawan Kalyan to correct his mistake in revoking Memo No. 271264, issued by his Department of Panchayat Raj on February 10, 2025, which was revoked a few days later.
We request him to explain why he canceled the memo, which requires the District Collector to identify the illegal Churches in each district.  Is he not interested in protecting the law-abiding Hindus and promoting the Christians who built thousands of churches illegally – WITHOUT TAKING PERMISSION from the District Collector.
MEMO ISSUED ON February 10, 2025
MEMO No 271264 issued by K. Anand, the Commissioner of Panchayat Raj and Rural Development (PR&RD), has directed all District Panchayat Officers across the state’s 26 districts to investigate to find out whether the churches in their district were constructed with permission or without permission. If the churches are operating without permission, the Commissioner instructed them to take legal action under the Andhra Pradesh Gram Panchayat Land Development (Layout and Building) Rules, 2002.
If Churches are operating illegally and were constructed without permission from the proper authorities, such as the District Collector, they should be removed, as per G.O. 67 and 376 issued on November 29, 2012. This is the law of Andhra Pradesh under the aegis of Panchayat Raj and the Rural Development Department. You have every right to enforce the law to remove all illegal Churches.
SHOCKING - Memo Withdrawn
Within a few days, on March 5, 2025, the Commissioner of PR & RD issued another memo withdrawing the original order. It simply stated,” Based on the above matter, this secretariat is withdrawing the Memo No 2712164/CPR&RD/D8/2024.”
How many Churches are there in Andhra Pradesh? How many are built illegally?
As you are aware, there were more than 10,000 churches in 2021. As Covid-19 support, the Jagan Government gave one-time financial aid to 29,000 pastors from the unorganized churches and prayer halls. It seems that there are 40,000 pastors and 4.5 lakh unofficial pastors.
Although we do not have an exact count of churches in Andhra Pradesh, there may be as many as 50,000 or more.
If we want to know how many Churches there are in Andhra Pradesh, the best approach is to instruct all Collectors to provide information on the number of Churches in their respective districts. Every government wants to know accurate information on any given matter. We always collect information for the accuracy and protection of the structures.
Implement the Supreme Court Judgment
Pawan Kalyan, the Minister for Panchayat Raj, must identify all illegal structures built without the District Collector's permission and implement the Supreme Court judgment. It says, “Authorities should investigate all the structures in their purview for their legitimacy and demolish all unauthorized structures. All the village Panchayats, Urban areas, and cities should start the investigation immediately to find out if structures are built without permission as per the law.”
Since Pawan Kalyan is committed to protecting Sanatana Dharma, we are counting on him to stand up for his own commitment and passion to implement law and order. Let us remember once again what he said.
“If my Sanatana dharma is disturbed, I will come out. I will fight, and if necessary, I will sacrifice my life.”
Let us hope he will honor his words and fight for justice.
