[GHHF] In Vhangslapattu, we were impressed with Bala Samskara students activities; Sooke about the importance of Mother.
Over the last seven weeks we visited about 20 cities and addresses several thousand students. We are very happy with the kind of things they are learning and they they exhibited their knowledge by the way they chanted Slokas, dances they performed, the stories they narrated, and the way answered questions.
In Chagalpattu, about 50 students attended the program on January 2nd. Mrs. Vijaya Lakshmi is the coordinator of Bala Samskar Kendra’s and Ghar Waapasi. She is dynamic and conducts the activities with zeal and passion.
Sridhar Mutrasanallur is the one who planned and coordinated these activities. Although he lives in Bangalore, he received me along with Harsha at the Chennai airport.
Sridhar Mutrasanallur translated my speech into Tamil. Spoke about the importance of Mother and why we all should respect mother. Lord Rama said, mother and mother land are higher than heaven. We always talk about Mayru Devo Bhava , Pitru Devo Bhava and Achaya Devo Bhava.
Also talked about Adi Sankarats’s Mayru Panchakam. We thanked all the teachers and honored them gifts.
