[GHHF] Our team was fortunate to spend quality time with Dr. Dasari Sreenivasulu for his unwavering commitment to preserving and protecting Sanatana Dharma.
On the evening of October 4th, approximately 16 GHHF activists were fortunate enough to meet with Dr. Dasari, who shared his lifelong dedication to serving society and his continued commitment to upholding Dharma. Currently, he serves as the Chairman of the Dharma Parirakshana Samiti Trust at TTD. He is a respected retired IAS Officer, a visionary administrator, a social reformer, and an author.
Dasari Srinivasulu Garu is known for his dedicated service in various government roles and his continued involvement in social causes through writing and activism. Throughout his nearly three-decade-long administrative career, he held several key field positions, gaining deep exposure to welfare programs, land regulations, labor laws, cooperative sectors, and rural development, with a special focus on tribal development.
All 16 members who attended the meeting introduced themselves and discussed their contributions to Sanatana Dharma.
Later, Pinnamaneni Sreenivas and Rajesh Thunuguntla spoke at length, explaining the 16 activities of the Global Hindu Heritage Foundation at the ground level, and hope to work with Dr. Dasari Garu. These are some of the highlights of his presentation to the groups as prepared by Chandra Movva and Prashant Nanganuri.
• He has been aware of the work of GHHF since 2017. He acknowledged our contribution to the construction of the Vakula Mata Temple.
• He praised Dr. Prakasarao Garu, suggesting that he should be respectfully addressed as Guruji instead of Uncle.
• He appreciated GHHF's work in staying the GO 21 during the YSR regime.
• He appreciated Bala Samskar Kendras being conducted on Sundays.
• He also acknowledged our efforts to protect TTD – especially the declaration of Tirumala. Tirupati and Tiruchanur are designated as Divya Kshetra, competing with Mumtaj Hotel, Lulu Mall, and a Tablighi Jamaat gathering.
• Dr. Srinivasulu Dasari is a permanent invitee to TTD; he can attend and recommend/influence all the TTD board meetings.
• He has a long association with RSS, VHP, and BJ.
• He served as the Chairman of Samarasata Seva Foundation, overseeing the construction of Hindu Temples in villages.
• He commended the Bala Sanskar Kendras and other activities run by GHHF and emphasized that Sunday Schools are the need of the hour. He built 500 temples with an estimated cost of ₹ 25 crores.
• He advised making use of government schemes for Dhupa Dipa Naivedyam, Archaka training, and other temple-related support; grants Rs. 5000 for each Temple.
• He stressed the importance of Panchalayam, where temples could serve as centers for five key aspects: Vidyalaya (education), Vaidyalayam (health), Grandhalayam, promote arts, etc.
• He runs a non-profit organization called Sanchar. He highlighted the contributions of various nomadic groups in propagating Hinduism, while also noting their current economic neglect, including those of Gangireddula, Budabukkala, Poosala, Erukulasani, and Haridasulu.
• Also, through his NGO Sanchari, young girls from these nomadic groups are provided early education and later secured their admission into government-run welfare hostels, thus securing their future.
• 2500 girls have been educated to date over the past 13 years. The government-sanctioned grant of Rs. 15k to parents for every girl child enrolled in education. Protect the nomad team from exploitation by the police or government and establish a network of officials to provide support in times of need.
I sent a message on Monday thanking him for his service to Sanatana Dharma. He responded by saying:
“Kind of you Guruji. Good that I could have a good time with your team in the name of divinity. Prof. Madem is a spirited Naareemani. My special regards and respects to her.
GHHF is energetic under your able hands. Thanks for the rousing reception.”
