[GHHF] If Dr. Subramanian Swamy’s strategies to wipe out Islamic Terrorism are communal, What would they call the goals of Islam –Terrorism, Kafirs, Sharia law, Jizya Tax, etc

Dr. Swamy has spoken the truth, the whole truth and the bitter truth. It is revolutionary, extraordinary, brave, bold and fearless to speak when the deceit and deception rules the times. No wonder that Dr. Subramanian Swamy's article on “How to wipe out Islamic Terrorism” has received such an overwhelmingly positive response in India and abroad with good reason. He has captured the imagination, uneasiness, apprehensions, anxiety, concerns, and fears of overwhelming majority of Hindus. Dr. Swamy published this article following July 13th terrorist blast in Mumbai with the knowledge that there are at least 40 reported or unreported terrorist attacks per month and also with the understanding that “India suffered more terrorist acts than any other country.”
The strategies that have received more attention and drew severe criticism from the petitioners, politicians and Muslims are as follows:
1) Declare India as Hindu Rashtra in which only non-Hindus, who acknowledge proudly that their ancestors are Hindus, can vote in the elections.
2) Muslims of India are being programmed by a slow reactive process to become radical and thus slide into suicide against Hindus
3) Kashmir Valley must be settled with ex-servicemen to demonstrate a sort of civilian shock-and-awe campaign that would establish it as Hindu and Indian once and for all.
4) Remove the masjid in front of Kashi Viswanath Temple complex and 300 others in other sites.
The Petitioners from Harvard University “demand that the Harvard administration repudiate Swamy's remarks and terminate his association with the University.”

The people who opposed his strategies to wipe out Islamic Terror described Dr. Swamy and the content of his article as follows: “offensive,” “insulting,” “stereotypical,” “religious extremist,” “spreading enmity between communities,” “deeply offensive,” “outrageous and inflammatory,” “create communal disharmony,” “anti-Muslim remarks,” “create enmity between different groups,” “violates law and incite hatred,” “highly offensive,” “intimidating,” “prejudicial to harmony and national integrity,” “merchant of hate,” etc.

AGAINST: Reaction made against Dr. Swamy’s strategies
1) Digvijay Singh, General Secretary of Congress Party, "I strongly condemn the most communal views expressed by Subramanian Swamy. I strongly feel that action should be taken against him as per law." Singh also said "I strongly endorse what the Harvard students have demanded."
Earlier, speaking at a book release function at India International Centre, Singh said, "I am ashamed that such people live in this country and get an opportunity to write such articles in eminent papers."
2) Wajahat Habibullah, head of National Commission for Minorities, said that the article violates the law and incites hatred. All the members found it very offensive. Now it is being examined by our legal advisor and he has pointed out a number of Indian Penal Code (sections) which have been violated.”
FOR: Reactions supporting Dr. Swamy
Dr. Hilda Raja summarized the sentiments of thousands of Hindus who reacted to Dr. Swamy’s article. She said that Dr. Swamy’s article “was brilliant. That the HM-P Chidambaram must be thankful to him and pick up this blueprint and implement these if he really wants to counter terrorism. Instead of creating a mirage of saffron terror and picking on that as an extension of the appeasement policy the GOI is betraying Indians and India’s security.”
“That Islamic terror is a fact-a reality cannot be denied because it has cost the nation dearly with lives and blood.”
“So Dr. Swamy proposes this brilliant defense strategy. Mind you it is defense and not an offence strategy and yet those in the power echelons are trying to spread canards about him and his strategy.”
“P. Chidambaram, Rahul Gandhi, Digvijaya Singh, et al are only bothered of ‘Saffron’ terror while more virulent, more blasting more terrifying, more numerically and more real is the Islamic terror not only in the Indian context but also globally.”
One of the readers (Dhanunjaya) commented as follows: If a secularist speaks against integrity of the nation, its "Freedom Of Speech" and if Dr. Swamy writes against terror and how to root it out, it is communal. Protecting vote-bank is first and foremost objective of congress led UPA… Dr. Swamy is an honest human being who thinks about the country unlike you guys. I appreciate and strongly support him!”
Anil Bonde, one of the readers reaction: “Why not those opposing Swamy did came forward when our crooked govt did not take any action on Arundhati Roy and Geelani for speaking in favor of dissolving India as a country. Why don't they come forward when the terrorists like Kasab and Aafzal guru are not hanged even after the conviction by the supreme court of India? The blatant fatwa’s about Hindus to either convert to Islam or pay jizya tax, being issued from our own Indian soil has not been contested or the perpetrators brought to book.”

Actions initiated against DR. Swamy
1) Arrest of Dr. Swamy is called for
On July 30, Maharashtra's Minorities Commission called for the arrest of Janata Party leader Subramanian Swamy for his "extreme xenophobic right-wing thoughts" expressed in a newspaper article. Vice Chairman of the Commission, Abraham Mathai wrote to Mumbai police chief Arup Patnaik, urging him to initiate criminal charges against Swamy under Section 153 (A) of the Indian Penal Code.
2) Court Action initiated
1) Delhi-based lawyer Asghar Khan had moved the court seeking registration of a criminal case against Swamy alleging that by his "anti-Muslim" remarks, he promoted strife and hatred between different communities.
2) The National Commission for Minorities on Tuesday decided to file a case against Janata Party president Subramanian Swamy who, in a signed newspaper article suggested that the voting rights of Indian Muslims be revoked… "Swamy's article came up in the weekly meeting on Tuesday (August 2). We decided to seek legal action against him as per the penal and electoral code," panel head Wajahat Habibullah told IANS.
3) Election Commission is requested
Following a complaint by Shehzad Poonawala, the NCM has also moved to the Election Commission (EC) requesting it to deregister Janata Party.
“ The Election Commission of India, which has registered the Janata Party, must take steps to de-register or withdraw the registration of the Janata Party given that an essential condition for registration, stated in the provision of Section 29(A)7 is not being conformed with,” demands Shehzad.
Touched the Nerve Centers of Hindus
Dr. Swamy’s article touched nerve of the Hindus who feel that they are marginalized by the government, are deprived of their rights in their own country, and are denied of their meritocracy to the mediocrity. Hindus feel that the minorities, especially Muslims, are given special treatment to the extent that the Hindus are sacrificed for their vote bank politics. Government would not take stern action against the Islamic terrorists even though they are creating havoc all across India. Kashmiri pandits have been forced to live in the tent, Afzal Guru was not executed for attacking Indian Parliament killing eight people, Ajmal Kasab, who participated in killing 166 people enjoying his life as many of his victims of Bombay massacres are still suffering, unchecked infiltration of Bangladeshi Muslims into West Bengal and Assam, Mullah instigated explosion of Muslim population having as many as 14 children per family, terrorist cells across India especially Kerala, Love Jihad strategy to convert Hindus into Islam, explosion of the construction of Mosques from Saudi Arabia, and the rights of Muslims to have the first access to the India’s resources relegating Hindus to the second class citizenship. They are fed up. They found a ray of hope in the honest expression of Dr. Swamy’s views in his article. It resonates with one billion Hindus across the globe.
1) If Dr Swamy’s statement is “Communal and Hateful”, how do these Petitioners, Politicians and Muslims describe the treatment of Non-Muslims and disbelievers? How would Quran address the fate of the disbelievers?
2) What about the imposition of Sharia Law, Jizya Tax and host of Terror and violent verses from Quran? Are they not hateful, seditious, intimidating, offensive, outrageous and discriminating?
3) Would these Politicians, petitioners and Muslims take these hateful and communal statements to the COURTS?
Let us all remember that Muslims consider Quran Holy and they consider it as WORD OF GOD that needs to follow carefully, meticulously and scrupulously.
If the Muslims follow Quran’s injunctions on nonbelievers to the letter and spirit of the WORD of GOD, India will be wiped out in a decade or so. It has already started. Unless all Hindus get united and rally behind Dr. Swamy’s strategies to wipe out Islamic terrorism, the process of forced conversion will continues as witnessed in Pakistan and Bangladesh. With threats, violence and mass killings as suggested in Quran, Hindus population will dwindle and may not have any place to hide as is happening in border districts of West Bengal.
HOW WOULD THE POLITICIANS, PETITIONERS, MULLAHS, MISSIONARIES, MARXISTS, MEDIA AND SECULARISTS DESCRIBE THE FOLLOWING STATEMENTS FOUND IN ISLAMIC SCRIPTURES?
Wajahat Habibullah, the NCM Chief, the minority rights watchdog will file an FIR against Swamy for inciting violence (IPC section 158 A-B), malicious insult of religion (IPC section 295-A) and statements constituting public mischief (IPC section 505). Importantly some of the above mentioned sections are non-bailable.
All religions do not divide people into believers and nonbelievers. All religions would not divide people into believers and sinners. Hinduism, Buddhism and Jainism would not divide the people into believers and nonbelievers. They do not brand them as infidels, sinners, Kafirs and nonbelievers. These religions do not put them to torture, terror, violence and conversion. Islam and Christianity openly talk about conversions, violence, terror and hell. Islam is replete with atrocities against infidels. India suffered untold misery, torture, violence and deaths for more than eight centuries in the hands of Muslim rulers.
Let us look at what Quran says against non-Muslims and see how they are treated.
1) DISBELIEVERS
Allah will throw fear into the hearts of the disbelievers, and smite their necks and fingers. The Quran, Sura 8:12
The fires of hell will be fueled with the bodies of idolaters and unbelievers. They will experience an ever-greater torment. The Quran, Sura 72:15-17
Smite the necks of the disbelievers whenever you fight against them. Those who die fighting for Allah will be rewarded. The Quran, Sura 47:4
Those who reject our Signs (verses), We shall soon cast into the Fire: as often as their skins are roasted through, we shall change them for fresh skins, that they may taste the penalty: for Allah is Exalted in Power, Wise. The Quran, Sura 4:56
How would the Politicians, Petitioners, Muslims, Marxist, Missionaries and Secularists describe the above threats? Do they call them communal, hateful, seditious, violent, repugnant, violent, offensive and terrorizing? Or do they look the other way?
CHRISTIANS AND JEWS
Allah has stirred up enmity and hatred among Christians. The Quran, Sura 5:14
Christians are disbelievers for believing in the divinity of Christ. The Quran, Sura 5:17
Disbelievers will have a painful doom. The Quran, Sura 5:36
Jews and Christians are evil-livers. The Quran, Sura 5:59
Christians will be burned in the Fire. The Quran, Sura 5:72
Christians and Jews are perverse. Allah himself fights against them. The Quran, Sura 9:30
How would the Politicians, Petitioners, Muslims, Marxist, Missionaries and Secularists describe the above threats? Do they call them communal, hateful, seditious, violent, repugnant, violent, offensive and terrorizing? Or do they look the other way?
BELIEVERS IN IDOLS

"So when the sacred months have passed away, then slay the idolaters wherever you find them, and take them captives and besiege them and lie in wait for them in every ambush, then if they repent and keep up prayer and pay the poor-rate, leave their way free to them." Quran, Sura 9:5.
How would the Politicians, Petitioners, Muslims, Marxist, Missionaries and Secularists describe the above threats? Do they call them communal, hateful, seditious, violent, repugnant, violent, offensive and terrorizing? Or do they look the other way?
JIZYA
"Fight those who believe not in Allah nor the Last Day, nor hold that forbidden which hath been forbidden by Allah and His Messenger, nor acknowledge the religion of Truth, (even if they are) of the People of the Book, until they pay the Jizya with willing submission, and feel themselves subdued." Quran (9:29)
"If they refuse to accept Islam, demand from them the Jizya. If they agree to pay, accept it from them and hold off your hands. If they refuse to pay the tax, seek Allah's help and fight them" Hadith: Muslim (19:4294)
"He who withholds the Jizya is an enemy of Allah and His apostle." Hadith: Ishaq 956 & 962
How would the Politicians, Petitioners, Muslims, Marxist, Missionaries and Secularists describe the above threats? Do they call them communal, hateful, seditious, violent, repugnant, violent, offensive and terrorizing? Or do they look the other way?
SHARIA LAW
Following are some of the axioms you find in Quran, Hadith and other Islamic scriptures:
1) In Sharia law, a Muslim can testify in court against a Kafir, but a Kafir may not testify against a Muslim. In Sharia law, it is illegal for a Muslim to kill a fellow Muslim, but it is not illegal for a Muslim to kill a Kafir. (A Kafir is an unbeliever, an infidel).
2) In Sharia law, women and no-Muslims are denied of equal status. Quran and Hadith claim that women are inferior to men and the testimony of a woman is worth only the half of a man in a Sharia court. Similarly, non-Muslim testimony is worth only the half of a Muslim.
3) Sharia Law does not allow any Muslim to leave his faith. The punishment for a Muslim to leave his faith is death.
4) Non-Muslims are not given right to build their places of worship according to Sharia Law. That means Hindus cannot build Temples if they come to power and enforce Sharia Law. The Hindu population has dwindled in Pakistan to almost nothing from about 20 percent at the time of Independence to almost none and Bangladesh Hindu population dwindled from about 26 percent to less than 6 percent. These governments deliberately demolished Hindu Temples and terrorizing Hindu population.
5) Any discussion and criticism of Islam is punishable by death if Sharia aw is enforced.
How would the Politicians, Petitioners, Muslims, Marxist, Missionaries and Secularists describe the above threats? Do they call them communal, hateful, seditious, violent, repugnant, violent, offensive and terrorizing? Or do they look the other way?
TIME TO PONDER AND TIME FOR OPEN DISCUSSION
Based on the verses in Quran listed above, would the National Commission on Minorities (NCM) consider these verses as inciting violence (IPC section 158 A-B) or promoting peace, as malicious insult of religion (IPC section 295-A) or promoting respect for the other religions, and as statements constituting public mischief (IPC section 505) or promoting public harmony? Would the NCM go to court challenging these verses because they are offensive, insulting, violent, mischievous, and out right offensive to the human race itself?
Will the above listed verses in Quran conform to “the upholding of the sovereignty, unity and integrity of India” as demanded by NCM?
Every human being irrespective of his/her religion should applaud Dr. Swamy who has highlighted the most complex issue facing Bharat in simple terms. His bold, brilliant approach should be embraced by one and all irrespective of one’s affiliation based on either politics or religion. For him country is more important than politics, security of the country is more important than appeasement, peaceful coexistence is more important than exclusivity of the chosen faith, pluralistic values are more important than preferential treatment, freedom of expression is more important than vote bank politics, societal harmony is more important than terrorism, and equal opportunities are more important than preferential minority rights to resources.
His strategies are peaceful and nonviolent. He never advocated any thing that is communal, prejudicial, discriminative, abusive, violent, cruel, blasphemous, outrageous, hateful, and inflammatory. His article highlights the concerns of the people all around the world and India in particular. It represents the sentiments of the overwhelming majority of Hindus in India and abroad. Every person, who respects other person as a human being, should adopt and implement the suggested strategies word for word.
It is time to have open discussion about any religion that demeans, derides, ridicules, inflames, and criticizes other religions. It is time to discuss openly and honestly any religion that openly advocate s terror, discriminates other religions, calls them or brand then as non-Muslims to be expendable, imprints the followers of other religion as pagans and Kafirs, imposes Jizya taxes on the followers of other religion, calls for killing the idolaters, supports the idea of putting non-Muslims to ever-greater torment, etc.
Will the Muslims, Politicians, petitioners, Missionaries and others discuss about the above listed verses one by one without brushing aside? Would they denounce all the hateful versus of the Koran that calls for the death of everyone who practices another religion?
Let the sanity set in and the insanity to be set right. Would they understand the difference between FREEDOM OF SPEECH AND COMMUNAL? Let the truth prevail.
