Hindus have the moral obligation to learn their history; they may not change the history but they can correct the history by standing firm in taking back all their legitimate places of worship. Hindus should not be short sighted, they need to plan their future to restore the glory and grandeur their rich history.
We should shed our silence. We should be assertive in demanding equal treatment and equal rights. First and foremost we need to root out our inaction, negligence, indifference and approval. Supreme Court cleared the way for the pronouncement of the verdict on Rama Temple ‘controvery.’ Now Allahabad High Court in Lucknow is ready to deliver it’s verdict on Thursday (September 30, 2010) at 3:30 pm
As many of you know the issue of Ramjanmabhumi – Babri Masjid site was declared as “disputed site” by the Indian government in 1947, the year India gained independence. It took nearly 62 long years to reach this stage.
Global Hindu Heritage Foundation is scheduling a meeting of all Dallas residents to express their opinion on the verdict. Basically the Allahabad Court is going to say whether there was any evidence to prove that Rama Temple existed before Babri Masjid was built in 1528.
All the historical sources, literary sources, British Judges, Foreign travelers, Archeological Survey of India investigative Report, and numerous reports have documented the evidence to indicate that a structure like Rama Temple existed before the Mosque was built. The whole of India and the world is awaiting the verdict.

The Supreme Court’s dismissal of the Petition seeking deferment of the Ayodhya verdict is most welcome and timely. Now, it is hoped that the verdict to be delivered by the 3-Judge Lucknow Bench of the Allahabad High Court in the next two days, will be in keeping with the two landmark judgments, first of the Constitution Bench of the Supreme Court in 1994, and the other of the House of Lords of U.K. delivered in 1991. According to these two judgments, a temple stands on a totally different footing from the mosque. In particular, a temple built according to Agama Shastra is where the God resides and hence the temple once built is always a temple even if in disuse or demolished. On the other hand a mosque is merely a facilitation center for reading Namaz, and not an essential part of religion of Islam. In fact a mosque can be demolished for widening roads and road construction as is being done even today in Saudi Arabia.
Hence after the Ayodhya verdict is delivered by the Lucknow Bench of the Allahabad High Court, the Muslim community for peace and harmony in the country should agree to build a mosque away from the Ramjanmabhoomi, somewhere beyond the Saryu river bank. This will be an act of atonement for all the temples that have been demolished over the last eight centuries as well as temples that have been destroyed even today on daily basis in Kashmir.
The devout Hindu population of India will not accept any solution which does not restore the Ram temple at the place of his birth, and that the city of Ayodhya to become exclusively the epitome of glory of Ram Rajya.

Allahabad HC to deliver Ayodhya verdict on Sep 30

New Delhi, Sep 28: With the Supreme Court clearing the way for the Ayodhya verdict, the Allahabad High Court has decided to deliver the crucial judgement on Ram Temple-Babri Masjid title suit on Thursday, Sep 30.
Three-judge special bench of Supreme Court, comprising of Chief Justice of India SH Kapadia, Justices Aftab Alam and KS Radhakrishnan, on Tuesday, Sep 28 unanimously rejected the deferment petition filed by retired bureaucrat Ramesh Chand Tripathi and lifted the stay on the HC verdict.
On receiving the apex court's clearance, the Lucknow bench of Allahabad Court is set to deliver its verdict at 3:30 pm on Sep 30.
