The Global Hindu Heritage Foundation in Assam is very active, under the leadership of Sri Samrat Dutt, conducting numerous activities. Very recently, he started a Mass Awareness Campaign among Hindus to bring them back into the Hindu fold. A united voice brings unity, power, and strength to the community.
Although Sri Samratji was not feeling well, on special request from our Pracharak, he joined the public contact campaign in the village of Borailtilla.  After listening to his speech, the whole village committee of Vishwa Hindu Parishad (VHP) resigned publicly and joined GHHF Assam.
As part of Jansampark Abhiyan, our Pracharak contacted many village areas of Udharbond, distributed our pamphlet, and shared videos of his lectures. Pracharak said that on Ramanavami, he is arranging a meeting where 200-300 Hindus will gather, and he has to be present there as the villagers demand that I listen to him. He said, “Despite my bad health, I traveled 55 km and reached Borailtilla village. Villagers gathered in a local Puja mandapa. After listening to my lecture for about one hour, the village committee of VHP resigned publicly and joined GHHF Assam.”
History of Mass Movement
As many of you are aware, Sri Samrat Dutt started JanaSampark Abhiyan, i.e., the Public Contact campaign, about three months ago to recruit as many Hindus as possible, Sadhus, Saints, and Temple committees to become members of GHHF. We gave them our activity report card, which is ten pages long. Many people appreciated our work and applauded GHHF Assam. Many consented to participate in our program whenever and wherever we called them.
The main purpose of Sanatana Dharma is to make life better for everyone, live in peace, allow freedom of speech without abusing others, and develop the nation spiritually, socially, and culturally. Encourage them to live and abide by the Dharmic way of life. In fact, Sanatana Dharma believes in the concept of “Vasudhaiva Kutumbakam” and that the entire world is one family. The concept “Vasudhaiva Kutumbam” asks us to go beyond our homes, beyond our communities, beyond our countries, beyond our planet, and consider the whole universe as a family. That is how we will be able to achieve complete harmony with each other and with everything around us.
GHHF team headed by Sri Samrat Dutt embarked on a mega event to spread the greatness of Sanatana Dharma and all the activities we are conducting to bring unity among Hindus and seek the advice of all the Sadhus, Peetadhipathis, Swamijis, and their blessings as well as their active participation in spreading the ideals of Sanatana Dharma.
We feel all religious leaders should get involved in awakening the Hindus to the plight of Hinduism in Bharat and encourage them to protect Sanatana Dharma. Our history is replete with examples of our religious leaders working to protect Sanatana Dharma.
Lord Krishna aided Arjuna in fighting against adharma to restore Dharma, where everyone lives in peace. Chanakya helped Chandragupta Mourya regain the throne of Magadh. Samarth Ramdas helped Chhatrapati Shivaji fight valiantly against Muslim rulers. He helped stop the conversion of Hindus into Islam.
Thus, GHHF Assam decided to approach as many as 45 Ashrams to participate in this movement, hoping to help Hindus become actively involved in this mega event, encourage Hindus to work for unity and preserve Sanatan Dharma.
GHHF will serve as a platform for all Hindus and religious leaders to join hands and create unity, which is essential for the survival of Sanatana Dharma. Only through unity can we defend ourselves and prevent external forces from taking advantage of our tolerance and patience.
