Thomas Paine
“The study of theology, as it stands in Christian churches, is the study of nothing; it is founded on nothing; it rests on no principles; it proceeds by no authorities; it has no data; it can demonstrate nothing; and it admits of no conclusion.”
Jesus is angry, harsh, vengeful, immoral, jealous and rebellious in the Bible, especially in Old Testament. We will give few examples of his wrath from the Bible so that Mr. Keervani will be able to understand whether Jesus of forgiving and compassionate. We will leave it to his judgment after he reads these incidents where Jesus killed and made millions suffer.
The Christian missionaries come prepared to even engage in violence and threaten the Hindus to accept Christianity. Christianity practiced in India is an insult to humanity. It is the most violent, ridiculous, and bloody religion ever infected the earth. Even the Christians across the globe admit the missionary wickedness and vicious methods they use to convert the natives into Christianity. They cut your throat and or force the people to accept their customs and opinions. They make the converts insult Hindu Gods by stepping on them or spitting on them.
- Mass Killings by Jesus– No Compassion or forgiveness
Steve Wells in his book “Drunk with Blood: God’s killings in the Bible” says that total number of killed by God in the Bible is approximately 25 million. For the purposes of our analysis, Vocativ only considers kills which Moses, David, and the rest of the Bible’s authors clearly spelled out for us mere mortals. That means, for example, that we have to omit the Flood of Noah, which Wells says comprises a big chunk of that total.
And behold, I will bring floodwaters upon the earth to destroy every creature under the heavens that has the breath of life. Everything on the earth will perish. But I will establish My covenant with you, and you will enter the ark—you and your sons and your wife and your sons’ wives with you. (Genesis 6:17)
For yet seven days, and I will cause it to rain upon the earth forty days and forty nights; and every living substance that I have made will I destroy from off the face of the earth… (Genesis 7:4)
Every living thing that moved on the earth perished--birds, livestock, wild animals, all the creatures that swarm over the earth, and all mankind. (Genesis 7:21)
I kill ... I wound ... I will make my arrows drunk with blood, and mine sword shall devour flesh. -- Deuteronomy 32:39-42
Bible also says that Satan killed only 10 people while the biblical number that were killed by God is 2,821,364. That means that the God’s kill count is 227of higher than Satan.
- Jesus cursed all women to suffer at Child birth; men thrown to the ground from heaven
Jesus meted out prolonged and intense pain as punishment as he curses Eve because she has eaten from the Tree of Knowledge.
“I will sharply increase your pain in childbirth; in pain you will bring forth children. Your desire will be for your husband, and he will rule over you.” (Genesis 3:16)
In Genesis 3:15 in God’s word to the Serpent, He says “I will put enmity between you and the woman, and between your offspring and her offspring; He shall bruise your head, and you shall bruise His heel.”
- to the man he said, “Since you listened to your wife and ate from the tree whose fruit, I commanded you not to eat, the ground is cursed because of you. All your life you will struggle to scratch a living from it. (Genesis 3:17)
- Idol worship – Idols were burned, images destroyed and places demolished
Bible says that you “must burn up the images of their gods; burn their idols in the fire; destroy all their carved images and cast idols, and demolish all their high places; You must not bow down to their gods … instead, you are to demolish them and smash their sacred stones to pieces. Numbers 33:52-53
Exodus 23:24
You must not bow down to their gods or serve them or follow their practices. Instead, you are to demolish them and smash their sacred stones to pieces.
Deuteronomy 7:5 … tear down their altars, smash their sacred pillars, cut down their Asherah poles, and burn their idols in the fire.
Deuteronomy 12:3
Tear down their altars, smash their sacred pillars, burn up their Asherah poles, cut down the idols of their gods, and wipe out their names from every place.
- Jesus promoted Recidivism – You can be forgiven opportunity to destroy 490 times
God practices what He preaches and so He forgives us 490 of times. That means a rapist be excused 490 times; somebody who kills several people can be excused 490 times to kill again and again; drug addicts can repeat their additions; a criminal is excused 490 times to engage in repeated crimes. Research sows that more than half the prisoners have been incarcerated. If they are not imprisoned, they are likely to commit these crimes.
If we do not send the criminals to prison, they are permitted to commit crimes with no course for 70 times 7 times. They pose a real threat to the safety of the communities. Can the sex offenders roam around without being punished or rehabilitated? Do we keep forgiving them to repeat their offenses?
Matthew 18:21-22 Then Peter came to Jesus and asked, “Lord, how many times shall I forgive my brother or sister who sins against me? Up to seven times?” Jesus answered, “I tell you, not seven times, but seventy times seven.” (Also see Luke 17:3-4 ).
- Jesus Promoted hatred toward Parents
We read in the Bible where Jesus says that if anybody who loves his parents cannot to true believers in Jesus. They have to give up their parents and their love toward parents in order to have faith in Jesus. He even says that if a man does not hate his parents, wife, and children, he cannot be Jesus’ disciple.
Jesus is the only Father, not your real father
Matthew 23:9-10
And do not call anyone on earth your father, for you have one Father, who is in heaven. Nor are you to be called instructors, for you have one Instructor, the Christ.
Luke 14:25
“If anyone comes to Me and does not hate his father and mother and wife and children and brothers and sisters— yes, even his own life— he cannot be My disciple.
Mother has been extolled as a god form in several places in the puranas and also God has been approached as a son. She is Dhatri (One who bears the child), Janani (one who gives birth to the child), Amba (One who nourishes the limbs of the child) and Veerasu (One who makes him a hero), Shusroo (One who takes care of him). Jesus is his Only Father
- Jesus showed hatred toward other Gods
Jesus has kindness toward other religions – especially Hinduism. For example, the Ten Commandments states that "You shall not recognize the gods of others in My presence. You shall not make yourself a carved image nor any likeness of that which is in the heavens above or on the earth below or in the water beneath the earth. You shall not prostrate yourself to them nor worship them, for I am the Lord, your God." Bible God is jealous, selfish, hateful, envious, intolerant, and abusive GOD. He is anything but tolerant, patient, as the Police office claimed.
- Jesus came only to create enmity. Not forgiveness
Jesus says that he came only to create division, enmity and hatred. He came with sword to create havoc in the society. He wanted to create divisions in the family – daughters against mothers; sons against fathers and so on.
The Bible says: “Do not think that I have come to bring peace to the earth. I have not come to bring peace, but a sword. For I have come to set a man against his father, and a daughter against her mother, and a daughter-in-law against her mother-in-law. And a person’s enemies will be those of his own household. Whoever loves father or mother more than me is not worthy of me, and whoever loves son or daughter more than me is not worthy of me. And whoever does not take his cross and follow me is not worthy of me. Whoever finds his life will lose it, and whoever loses his life for my sake will find it.” (Matthew 10:34–39).
- Stoning to death for infractions – no forgiving
There are several instances where Jesus recommends that the violators, disobedient sons, adulterous people and Idol worshippers ne put to death or stoned to death. No forgiveness.
With regard to adultery, Bible says:
Leviticus 20:13 “‘If a man has sexual relations with a man as one does with a woman, both of them have done what is detestable. They are to be put to death; their blood will be on their own head.”
Leviticus 20:10 "If a man commits adultery with another man's wife--with the wife of his neighbor--both the adulterer and the adulteress must be put to death.”
With regard to rebellious son, Bible says:
Deuteronomy 21:18-21 says: “If someone has a stubborn and rebellious son who will not obey his father and mother, who does not heed them when they discipline him, then his father and his mother shall take hold of him and bring him out to the elders of his town at the gate of that place. They shall say to the elders of his town, ‘This son of ours is stubborn and rebellious. He will not obey us. He is a glutton and a drunkard.’ Then all the men of the town shall stone him to death. So, you shall purge the evil from your midst; and all Israel will hear, and be afraid.”
- God’s anger and wrath.
In the Old Testament, God’s anger repeatedly burns against his people for their disobedience. At times, the punishment he dispenses seems particularly harsh, unjust, and disproportionate. Let’s consider just one example.
In 2 Samuel 24, we find that King David decided to take a census of the men of fighting age. The prophet Gad was sent to David to announce God’s displeasure with the taking of the census. The punishment for David’s sin: “The Lord sent a pestilence on Israel from that morning until the appointed time; and seventy thousands of the people died” (2 Samuel 24:15). David makes a decision that does not please God, and God kills 70,000 Israelites for it? How could this action ever be reconciled with a God of mercy, compassion, justice, and love?
All of this is consistent with the fact that God “avenges the blood of his children and takes vengeance on his adversaries. He repays those who hate him and cleanses his people’s land” (Deut. 32:43).
- Non-believers go to Hell
If people do not believe in Jesus, they go to Hell. He says that believers experience the eternal life while non-believers live forever eternal punishment.
John 3:18 “Whoever believes in Him is not condemned, but whoever does not believe has already been condemned, because he has not believed in the name of God’s one and only Son.”
Mark 16:16 “Whoever believes and is baptized will be saved, but whoever does not believe will be condemned.”
Acts 3:23: "And it shall be, that every soul that shall not hearken to that prophet, shall be utterly destroyed from among the people."
Revelation 21:8 But the fearful, and unbelieving, and the abominable, and murderers, and whoremongers, and sorcerers, and idolaters, and all liars, shall have their part in the lake which burneth with fire and brimstone: which is the second death.
We hope that Sri Keervani would realize the true nature of the Bible and the true character of Jesus. He is not an embodiment of love, compassion and a forgiven personality, but he is vicious, detestable, despicable, angry, wrathful, hateful, and a killer. We request Keervani to read the Bible as well as Puranas, Mahabharata and Ramayana before comparing Hinduism with Christianity. If he does, he will he will never praise Jesus and demean Hindu scriptures. He will soon realize that Jesus is a jealous person rather than a God or son of a God. In fact, as Thomas Paine say, “It is from the Bible that man has learned cruelty, rapine, and murder; for the belief of a cruel God makes a cruel man.” Sri Keervani should come out this brain washing from his Christian Tollywood artists and use his intelligence figure out the truth from hearsay. We request him not be brainwashed by repeated deceptive tactics of Christians in India who perfected their faith make it into a business and engage in perpetual deception, lies, debauchery and hatred.
